We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting indoor air quality investigations, building surveys for hazardous substances, building surveys for microbiological contamination, exposure assessments for chemical and physical agents, development of environmental and occupational health & safety programs, report preparation and presentation and the ability to provide training courses. Strong interpersonal/technical skills and thorough knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Regulations is essential. Previous experience in the consulting field is an asset but not required.

Requirements:

• A degree in occupational health & safety (Bachelors or Masters Level), or a related discipline (Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry). A diploma in a related discipline will be considered.
• Must have, or qualifies for, ROH (Canadian Board of Registered Occupational Hygienists) or CIH (American Board of Industrial Hygiene) certification
• Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset
• Effective communication and report writing skills
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn new skills is essential
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
